Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We offer free standard shipping within Australia for orders over AUD$75. For orders under AUD$75, a variety of shipping options are available. We primarily utilize Australia Post for domestic deliveries, however, we reserve the right to use alternative reputable carriers to ensure prompt delivery of your order. In all cases, we will utilize the Australia Post shipping calculator to ensure accurate pricing is reflected at checkout, regardless of the chosen carrier. You can choose your preferred option at checkout, with rates calculated based on weight and destination.

Estimated delivery times:

Express Post: 1-2 business days (major cities)
Standard Parcel Post: 2-6 business days (depending on location)

International Shipping (New Zealand)

We also ship to New Zealand using Australia Post. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout and are dependent on the chosen service and weight of your order.

General Information:

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days of receiving cleared payment.
  • You will receive a notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.
  • Delivering to a business address? Please ensure you include the Company Name in the delivery address and / or instructions to ensure prompt delivery.
  • Shipping guidelines are based on the estimated time from the dispatch date, not the date your order is placed. Our delivery guidelines are based on standard Monday to Friday business days (excluding public holidays). Australia Post Express may deliver on a Saturday during busy periods.
  • We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance processes.

Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you need to return an item, please follow these guidelines:

Change of Mind:

  • We are happy to accept returns for a full refund on change of mind within 30 days of purchase.
  • Returned items must be unopened, unused, and with the original manufacturer’s seals for change of mind purchases. 
  • Any / all gift inclusions must be returned with the item 
  • We do not offer return shipping costs for change of mind returns.

Incorrect or Faulty Items:

  • If you receive an incorrect or faulty item, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery.
  • We will arrange a full refund (including your chipping cost) or replacement upon receipt of the returned item.

Return Process:

  • Contact us via email at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
  • We will provide you with return instructions, including (if applicable) a pre-paid return shipping label.
  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging (if possible).
  • Ship the return using the provided method (or a trackable method of your choice).
  • We will process your return and issue a refund within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns.
  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged items during return shipment.
